Hands-On Open Hearth Cooking Workshop: Let’s Bake! (SOLD OUT)

Using a bake kettle and the beehive oven, participants will make a savory pie, a sweet cake, and a special biscuit in each session.

2024 Wreath Making Workshops

Help create beautiful natural wreaths to decorate the doorways of Deerfield! Bring your creativity, enthusiasm, and an extra pair of pruning shears to the 2024 Wreath Making Workshops. Choose from five in-person workshops sessions or opt to make your wreath at home. In-person workshops will be limited to 20-30 makers. You must pre-register your participation whether in-person or at-home. No walk-ins will be allowed.

For the beginner, come try a range of hearth cooking techniques, recipes, and equipment. Learn how to make a boiled pudding!

Come learn how to fire the oven. We will bake bread and pie in the beehive oven.
