Terms and Conditions

Timed tickets are required to help the museum maintain capacity restrictions. Please make sure to indicate the number of youths (age 17 and under) in your group by choosing the Youth Ticket in addition to the Adult Tickets you are purchasing. Visitor name and contact information is required for each ticket. Online tickets must be presented at the Flynt Center to be redeemed. Admission tickets include any special programs scheduled during your visit.

Due to COVID-19, access to the historic house museums is restricted.Visitors to Historic Deerfield are required to social distance and wear a mask or face covering by order of the Governor of Massachusetts. Please review the list of COVID-19 symptoms, and if you are exhibiting any of these symptoms, please refrain from coming to the museum. We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the Museum if they are not following protocols. The Museum’s public spaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected frequently in accordance with CDC guidelines.

The Governor of Massachusetts has implemented travel restrictions for those visitors traveling from certain states. Please review these restrictions before making your plans to visit as you may fall into a category where you may need to quarantine for 14 days.

All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets are not transferable for use at other programs or events at Historic Deerfield and are good ONLY for admission. If you cannot use the tickets, we encourage you to give them as gifts or donations.

Members

Please show your membership card at the Flynt Center of Early New England Life to receive your admission sticker, and you’ll be put into the next available timed ticket group by an attendant.

Card to Culture Program

If you are a part of the Massachusetts Cultural Council’s Card to Culture Program, you will need to purchase your tickets in person at the Flynt Center of Early New England Life.
